The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity and combination shower/bathtub. Paved off-street parking - no overnight street parking is permitted. Central air conditioning and heat (natural gas furnace). Tenant responsible for all utilities, including gas, electricity, water, and garbage collection. Grass mowing is included; tenant responsible for landscape/ bed maintenance. One small pet considered (1 cat or 1 small dog - 35lb or less, between 2 -10 yo, spayed/neutered, housebroken, indoor only) with a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee and $35/month additional pet rent. No cosigners. Absolutely no smoking.
