Kitchen appliances provided include a dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Beautiful LVP flooring and tile throughout! Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. The owner provides lawn maintenance and trash pickup for the premises. To view this home, you can bring a photo ID and a $60 cash key deposit to 804 West Evans Street, Florence, to pick up a key Monday-Thursday, 9am-3:30pm, or Friday, 9am-11:30am. Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. The application fee is $60 per applicant. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. One pet is permitted, but size, quantity and breed restrictions apply and all pets must be approved.
