Ive been living here since August,2023.I have had a positive experience so far.The managers are super friendly, and when i ran into some financial trouble, they were willing to work with me.I have not seen 1 roach since ive been here.The only complaint i would have is that some "unruley" kids vandalized the gym. Another great feature is they have a washer and dryer in all units.I am very happy I chose Arcadia 30 as my home!
